What to Expect

Your first visit will take approximately 45 min and includes a detailed medical history and physical exam. Once we have established a diagnosis, we work with you to develop an appropriate treatment plan to treat the condition in question. Follow-up visits are generally 20-30 minutes and can include hands on therapy, exercise advice, exercise prescription and demonstration, and the application of pain modalities such as ultrasound, TENS, interferential current and acupuncture.

At each visit, we focus on function and ensure that you are performing your activities of daily living in a functionally safe and pain free manner. We screen you at every visit using movement based and orthopaedic tests to ensure proper biomechanical function and determine where treatment should be focused.
